DESCRIPTION & LOCATION

The Dilworth Mountain neighbourhood is officially part of the Glenmore area, but is really its own little enclave as you drive up into the neighbourhoods on Dilworth Mountain. The slopes, rock and native forest give this area of Kelowna its own appeal and has become popular for families looking for a central location with something unique. In addition to many parks and an abundance of green space, there are many lush and scenic walking trails throughout Dilworth Mountain offering spectacular lake, city and valley views. There are mainly single family homes in this Kelowna neighbourhood with some condos and townhomes as well.

AMENITIES & ATTRACTIONS

Close to everything Dilworth is accessed mainly from Summit Drive off of Spall Road and Dilworth Drive. Several of the more rugged areas of the mountain are parks with Selkirk Park, Lillooet Park, Dilworth Mountain Park and Dilworth Soccer Park close by. Shops, banks, groceries and services are all available at the base of the mountain in Kelowna or in the Glenmore district.

With the Kelowna Golf and Country Club at the base of the mountain and some of the most impressive views available this popular neighbourhood offers much to be desired.
