DESCRIPTION & LOCATION
Just east of the airport, the Ellison neighbourhood starts at the junction of Old Vernon Road and Highway 97. Ellison is at the Northeast end of Kelowna and 5 minutes from the airport and about 25 minutes to downtown with shopping and services along the way.
A beautiful rural neighbourhood with many hobby farms and small acreages the lifestyle here is quieter and more peaceful. A strong mix of retirees, empty nesters, working farms and families make up the demographic and keep the agricultural vibe alive. If a rural lifestyle on the edge of a great city is what you are after, it does not get much better than the Ellison area of Kelowna.

Shadow Ridge Golf Club, Sunset Ranch & Country Club, Tower Ranch Golf Club, Okanagan Golf & Country Club are all close by. Ellison Centennial Park and access into the Postill Lake area east of the valley are also found close by.
Shopping for Ellison is mainly from the Kelowna Center corridor and the Kwy 33 corridor approximately 15 minutes away. In the Parkdale neighbourhood Ellison Elementary school is located.
