DESCRIPTION & LOCATION
What was once the northern part of Kelowna is now central to the city. Rutland proper is primary flat valley bottom with hills east and west. This area is south of Hwy 33 and North of Mission Creek. There are several new neighbourhoods as this area of town continues to grow. In addition to the established neighbourhoods there are several large farms and orchards in Rutland South. Real estate options include single family homes, condominiums, townhouses and homes in newer neighbourhoods with views and acreages. Rutland is approximately 40 minutes to Big White, 15 minutes to Kelowna International Airport, and 15 minutes to Downtown Kelowna.
